Rainer Böger, M.D.
Specializing in early diagnosis and prevention of cardiovascular-related diseases, Dr. Rainer Böger has dedicated over twenty years of academic research related to L-arginine and its influence on the body’s ability to produce nitric oxide. Through his research, Dr. Böger discovered that ADMA (asymmetric dimethylarginine) is a risk marker of vascular disease, and the utilization of L-arginine can assist in the prevention of vascular dysfunction and disease. In addition to his research, Dr. Böger also serves as a Professor of Clinical Pharmacology and Director of the Institute of Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology at Hamburg University Medical Center, Germany, as well as the Director of the Clinical Trial Center North at Hamburg University.William J. Keller, Ph.D.
Dr. Keller joined Nature’s Sunshine Products in April 2001 and currently serves as the Vice President of Health Sciences and Educational Services as well as the Chief Scientific Resource Officer. Prior to joining our company, Dr. Keller was the Department Chair/Professor in the School of Pharmacy at Samford University and Northeast Louisiana University. Dr. Keller received his B.S. in Pharmacy and M.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Idaho State University. In 1972, the University of Washington awarded him a Ph.D. in Pharmacognosy.
Lynda Hammons, VP
Lynda Hammons joined Nature’s Sunshine Products in June, 2001 and currently serves as the Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Affairs. Ms. Hammons received her B.S. in Chemistry and Microbiology from Bowling Green State University and her M.B.A. with an emphasis on Quality Management from the University of Cincinnati. Ms. Hammons is also a Certified Quality Engineer, a Certified Quality Technician and a Certified Quality Auditor—American Society for Quality.
