Central Europe Team Manager Academy Recap

Synergy’s Central Europe Team Manager Academy took place Friday, June 1 – Sunday, June 3 where all Team Managers and above in the area were invited to attend.

Held at the luxurious Ineralpen Hotel Tyrol in Austria, and nestled in the Austrian Alps, Team Manager Academy provided qualified Team Members a unique opportunity to participate in detailed leadership training.

Specifically designed to help Team Managers advance towards the Executive levels, they were taught on the importance of utilizing duplicable systems to maximize Synergy’s Compensation Plan.

Taught by some of the industries finest, attendees heard from Paul Blad, Presidential Executive; Mads Østvang, Diamond Executive; Hakan Cetin, Emerald Executive; Dan Higginson, CEO & founder; and Bengt Emanuelsson, Europe General Manager.

In addition to the dynamic training, attendees enjoyed the gorgeous scenery while engaging in team-building activities and enjoying some of the country’s finest cuisine.
