With the Elite Honors program in full swing, Team Members have been building stronger businesses through defined monthly goals.

In March, 345 Team Members in Europe became Elite Honors Qualified. That means at least 345 new distributors were enrolled and more than 1,000 customers latched onto Synergy products. Team Members who are becoming Elite Honors Qualified have found that the Elite Honors earnings model is exactly what their businesses were missing.

Congratulations to the many who are finding success through Elite Honors thus far! Here are a few insights from our newest Elite Honors Qualifiers regarding their success with the system:

Adrian and Sara Gregory
7x QUALIFIERS, UNITED KINGDOM

It was 2014 when Adrian and Sara joined Synergy as customers. Adrian is a business owner of 16 years, running a graphic design, web design, and print business based in the South of England. Sara is a registered nurse who trained with the Royal Navy and currently works as a senior manager within the care industry. Adrian and Sara made the decision to build a Synergy business at the Rome Summit in September of 2015 after meeting Dan Higginson and Paul Blad and hearing their vision for the future.

Now, Adrian and Sara have been Elite Honors qualified for the seventh consecutive month, and they only have good things to say about the program.

“The concept of the Elite Honors Club is nothing short of a stroke of genius,” Adrian said. “Elite Honors is a simple road map to success that anyone can follow with a little commitment and focus.”

For them, Synergy identified key ingredients to building a solid business from month to month and then incentivized and highlighted it for all to see. What makes Elite Honors so special is how accessible it is for all of Synergy’s Team Members.

Paula Harju
6x QUALIFER, FINLAND

Having a career in customer service, Paula Harju has been helping others throughout her life. She has a sincere love of interacting with others in hope of benefiting their lives in some way.

More than three years ago, Paula was attracted to the functionality, quality, and reliability of Synergy products. Now, she has been Elite Honors qualified for the sixth consecutive month and believes firmly in the Elite Honors program and what it offers to everyone.

“Elite Honors is accessible to all because everyone is on equal footing and it allows Team Members to create permanent growth,” she said.

Paula sees her Synergy team as a professional family, and has been impressed with the individuals that she works with.

“We have great team spirit and a fantastic up-line with Kati and Eric Gammals,” she said. “The most rewarding thing is knowing we are able to give new life to many other people.”

This new life Paula talks about stems from understanding how important personal development is to the quality of life. Through Synergy, Paula hopes to Leave a Legacy that allows her and those she interacts with to change their lives for the better by taking advantage of the opportunities Synergy offers.

During the Grand Opening event of Synergy Europe Headquarters in Barcelona, top leaders were thoroughly impressed with the new building and all that it represents for Synergy Europe’s future.

The event included a full schedule of meetings, an office tour, and a lovely dinner on Barcelona’s harbor. For event highlights, click here to view the photo gallery.

Many of the leaders who attended were eager to share their thoughts about this historic event. See what they had to say:

MARTIN ØSTVANG
PEARL EXECUTIVE, NORWAY

“It was great to be invited to the opening of the European Headquarters in Barcelona; this was such a historic moment. It is always a privilege to meet such positive people from corporate and the leaders from other markets. Together, we will take Synergy to the next level!”

FRANZ FRIESS
PEARL EXECUTIVE, AUSTRIA

“I was so excited to receive an invitation to Barcelona to be a part of the European Headquarters Grand Opening. The weekend went beyond our expectations; everything was absolutely perfect. I enjoyed the meeting with all the great leaders from Europe and the U.S., and I loved the positive energy felt there. Headquarters is in an amazing building and I was really impressed. I think this is just the beginning of a historic future for Synergy Europe.”

GIUSEPPE LUCIO
PEARL EXECUTIVE, ITALY

“The Grand Opening of Synergy’s European Headquarters was thrilling, and I was so grateful to be a part of it. I strongly felt that Synergy is not merely a network marketing company, but is the network marketing company.

I took a moment this past weekend to breathe in the magic of our momentum. With all of our top leaders in attendance, there really was magic. I felt the success that was there. I feel all of this energy and passion stronger than ever, and I am sure that with this team and with leaders like Carmelo D’Anzi, we will arrive at top of the world.”

HEIDI BYRKJELAND
PEARL EXECUTIVE, SWEDEN

“The Grand Opening of our European Headquarters is a milestone in Synergy’s history. Being involved as a representative of Sweden and meeting all the other great leaders from all over Europe was an incredibly inspiring experience. These events always provide a lot of extra energy because you get the opportunity to learn from the best!

Being able to meet managment and hear their plans for the future was so inspiring that I found it difficult to sleep! It’s exciting to understand how Synergy Europe will grow over the next five years.
I know that if I wake up every morning and make an effort to grow my Synergy business, I will be rewarded, both in terms of customer satisfaction and prosperity. My own dreams have come true with Synergy and everyone is welcome on board!”

BOSTJAN PILEJ
TEAM DIRECTOR, SLOVENIA

“The Grand Opening of Synergy Europe Headquarters in Barcelona, one of the most charming cities, was amazing. We all felt that we were witnessing something really great and important in the history of our company. We are all looking forward to the great things that will happen in the future. This weekend went beyond our expectations, because everything was so perfect: meeting with the greatest European leaders, having such wonderful corporate staff, the wonderful office and all the positive energy. We are so grateful to have been a part of it.”

MAREK AMROSZ
TEAM DIRECTOR, POLAND

“There was a great atmosphere as we listened to President Dan Norman, Vice President Carmelo D’Anzi and many other top leaders. The messages were fantastic and very important. They explained how Synergy is using innovation and the latest scientific discoveries to create products that restore health through proper nutrition. With so many exciting things happening in the future, Synergy is ready to tackle big projects, and with the new European Headquarters, we will be able to better help individual markets.”

Professional cyclists can never train enough. They train constantly to maintain and build both muscle and endurance. Even a few weeks off the bike can cost them in a race.

Synergy sponsored Swiss professional cycling team IAM Cycling is finding their footing this season and its riders are frequently claiming podium titles. Of course, there are crashes, injuries, and failures, too, but these elite athletes continue pushing and digging deep to give their best performances. Many of them trust Synergy products to get them through all of it.

Two IAM Cycling athletes spoke up about their love for cycling and for Synergy products. See what they had to say:

Dries Devenyns, Belgium

“When at races, the team provides us with a few Synergy products. Most of the time I use Phytolife and Mistify … they give me a good feeling, especially the Phytolife. It helps to maintain the digestive function of the body. We have to eat so much to provide the body with enough energy. It’s a bit like putting oil in a car I would say.

The hardest thing about cycling for me is the big stage races that are three weeks long. It’s hard to recover in between the races. Time flies by and in the third week fatigue hits really big. Overall, food is really important to refuel and it’s best to eat good quality food. The vitamins and minerals in Mistfy can help a lot. Quality food is vital for an athlete! Synergy offers great quality products, I would advise anyone to use them.”

David Tanner, Australia

“There are a few things together that make me love cycling so much—the training side, the racing side and team spirit, the beautiful places we get to see and ride through, and always striving for improvement and excellence.

Cycling has its highs and lows. Some days can be so hard with horrible weather and hilly terrain. Others can be a pleasure to ride your bike in. Regardless, we need to keep ourselves healthy and in recovery so that we can keep pushing the next day. I feel the Synergy products assist with this immensely, especially with immune system health. I don't have a favorite Synergy product because I think they are all good and equally important!

For any professional athlete, the quality of nutrition is of upmost importance, not only to assist in health and recovery, but also to assist in peace of mind that the products are clean and safe to take! This is the reason our team chooses to use Synergy products.”

An elite group of  Synergy Team Members went beyond the call of duty in March by not only becoming Elite Honors Qualified, but training those they sponsor to become Elite Honors Qualified. By fulfilling the Elite Honors requirements and sponsoring requirements, these Team Members earned Go Elite bonuses based on the number of Elite Honors Qualifiers they sponsored. Click here to learn more about the Go Elite Promotion.

Synergy WorldWide paid out €19650 in Go Elite bonuses in March. Amazing! We hope that this payout will continue to increase until the Go Elite promotion ends on August 31, 2016.

Synergy WorldWide recognizes first-ever Triple Presidential Executives!

It’s official. Synergy’s growth has caused two leaders to earn a title that has never been achieved before—Triple Presidential.

Congratulations, to Mr. Yun Tae Hwang of Korea and Mr. Mark Comer of the U.S., for being the first to reach this monumental level of success! These men have been with Synergy since the beginning, and they both agree that their time spent with Synergy has been the most rewarding of their careers.

This means that Mr. Hwang and Mr. Comer have more than 1.2 million CV on their weak leg volume. This is an unprecedented feat—one that Synergy WorldWide and its founder, Dan Higginson, hoped would one day become a reality.

In addition to recognizing Synergy’s first Triple Presidential Executives, 12 additional Team Members hit new executive titles for a total of 14 executive rank advancements in a single month. The buzz around the world about Synergy’s unified and strategic future is generating excitement like never before, and it’s showing in their business building activity. We look forward to seeing many more Team Members move up the ranks to executive levels in 2016!

Congratulations, to Robert Suppan of Austria, Synergy Europe’s newest Pearl Executive!

A chimney cleaner of 28 years, Robert still loves his profession, managing to balance his chimney cleaning business and Synergy business perfectly. His story is proof that Synergy fits into any lifestyle.

When he first discovered network marketing, he was intrigued by the idea that he could eventually remove the necessity of working a traditional job. Robert has been with Synergy since the Austrian market opened in 2008, and though Synergy is the first network marketing company he joined, his persistence with the business has led him to his first executive title.

He decide to become a Synergy Team Member because of the fast-acting results he experienced with the V3 System. Robert is a huge believer in the power of Mistify. The fact that Robert has had so many health benefits from Synergy products has made sharing the products a breeze. He said it has never been hard to convince others that Synergy products are top-of-the-line and that Synergy is a fantastic company to work for.

Robert’s entire team is made of up health-minded people, many of which have worked in the medical field in various capacities. Everyone is product-oriented and focused on contributing positive change to global health epidemics.

Thanks to Synergy, Robert’s health, his family’s health, and his family’s financial situation have improved substantially.

“I just want to give everyone the chance to improve their health and I want my family to be taken care of; that’s the legacy I want to leave,” Robert said.

To Robert, the best part about his Synergy business are the calls he gets from customers telling him how the products have helped them and improved their quality of life. If helping others is the business focus, the financial and recognition piece comes naturally.
