ProArgi-9+
ProArgi-9+ is a power-house supplement that improves the body’s ability to operate at it's highest ability. It is packed with l-arginine, l-citrulline, and vitamin C. One of the unique features of ProArgi-9+ is the pharmaceutical-grade, free form l-arginine component. This ingredient, along with a carefully selected array of vitamins and l-citrulline, helps to rapidly increase the body’s production of nitric oxide.

Nitric Oxide
Nitric Oxide is a molecular compound that can relax the blood vessels, helping to regulate blood pressure and enhance circulation to vital organs. This incredible molecule helps to maintain high blood flow and keeps the artery walls smooth and flexible. As such, Nitric Oxide enables your body to efficiently transfer nutrients and successfully convert it to energy.

Additionally, Nitric Oxide helps to enhance intestinal function. Its ability to improve blood flow to vital organs includes aiding your large and small intestine. This increased circulation helps promote better digestion and absorption of vital nutrients into the body.

Healthy nitric oxide levels are important for proper vasodilation, along with blood pressure, muscle, heart and central nervous system function. As you age, your body loses its innate ability to produce nitric oxide. Likewise, studies show that aging and poor diet can affect the metabolic systems responsible for producing nitric oxide, causing them to work less effectively.

By introducing a vitamin-packed potent and scientifically-refined l-arginine supplement into your diet, your body will be able to significantly increase the level of nitric oxide it produces, supporting a healthy circulatory system and overall cardiovascular function. A vitamin-packed l-arginine supplement can aid in normal blood vessels, immune system function and protecting cells from oxidative stress. As such, Synergy's ProArgi-9+ is a unique product that can help you unlock your full potential and achieve Elite Health.

Jo-Ann Airikkala, a Synergy Team Member based in Surrey, England, has showcased exceptional care for her community during this time of crisis. Along with her friend Debi Peppin, Jo-Ann established the program Nourish Our Nurses, a fund-raising effort specifically designed to aid healthcare workers serving on the front lines during COVID-19.

Nourish Our Nurses (NON) began when Jo-Ann realized that many healthcare workers were unable to obtain groceries during waves of panic purchases. As such, she took matters into her own hands and constructed a grocery delivery service to help healthcare workers.

With the help of a small team comprised of 16 volunteers, plus funding from a GoFundMe page, NON moved forward. To date, NON has delivered more than 4,000 bags of assorted groceries to front-line essential workers over the past seven weeks.

The assorted produce is purchased fresh from a local market, helping to sustain small businesses, before being compiled by volunteers and delivered to various hospitals, ambulance centers, and healthcare staff.

Recently, Jo-Ann’s service through NON was recognized by the Royal Family, as the Countess of Wessex lent her own support to the cause. Not only did Her Royal Highness the Countess of Wessex help compile the grocery bags, she also help pack additional care packages including various vouchers donated by local businesses.

Through her thoughtfulness, Jo-Ann Airikkala has been able to help her community and bolster front-line healthcare staff. Jo-Ann and her volunteers are all a shining example of the support available through human connection They are showing the world what can be accomplished through teamwork and compassion.

The way you start your morning impacts the quality of your day. If you start out feeling stressed and anxious rather than rejuvenated, it may be a sign that you need to update your morning routine. Finding a routine that works for you can provide the boost you need to conquer the day ahead.

Follow these quick tips to make the most out of your mornings:

A Healthy Breakfast

Eating breakfast is part of many people's morning routines. If you love to start your day with a meal, start it off right - with a good and healthy breakfast. For a perfectly balanced, easy and delicious breakfast try our SLMsmart Meal Replacement. Keep in mind that each person has different caloric and general needs. It is essential that you customize your routine and foods to suit your needs. This will help you stick to your routine and reach your goals.

Start the Day with Exercise

First things first. Before beginning your morning exercise routine, rev up with ProArgi-9+ or e9. And remember, you don’t have to go for a 8 km run every morning to boost your energy levels. Starting the morning with 20 minutes of yoga is all your body needs to re-energize upon waking from a good night’s sleep. Yoga is especially beneficial because it gets your heart rate up while simultaneously improving your flexibility, posture, balance, muscle tone, and endurance. Yoga is accessible to everyone, and with various levels of difficulty, everyone can find a yoga routine that works for them.

Read or Write

Before you begin with your daily tasks, sit down for a few minutes and write your thoughts and goals in a journal. Journal writing can help unload some of your stresses and ease your mind. Writing for just 10 minutes in the morning can help you focus on yourself, create self-awareness, and give you the opportunity to think about how you can best capitalize on your day.

If you don’t feel like writing, take a few minutes to read a few pages of a good book. Immerse yourself in the words of others and enjoy this peaceful time alone to jump-start your brain before you start your day.

Follow a Schedule

Following a morning schedule can help you maintain organization and focus. Perhaps you start with a quick yoga session, then take a shower and get ready, followed by a healthy breakfast. The important thing about a routine isn’t necessarily the order in which you do things, but rather defining and keeping that order to streamline your mornings and start the day with productive habits.

Strengthening your immune system is important year-round, and maintaining a nutritious diet lays the foundation for optimal body functioning. We’ve made a list of top foods you can easily incorporate as part of your daily meals to help improve your health and bolster your immune system.

CITRUS FRUITS

These fruits are loaded with vitamin C. Our bodies are unable to produce this vitamin naturally, so it’s necessary to include citrus fruits such as grapefruit, oranges, or lemons as part of a healthy diet. Vitamin C helps to build your immune system by increasing the production of white blood cells in your body. These cells are essential in protecting your body by fighting infections and illnesses.

GREEN VEGETABLES

Green vegetables such as broccoli or spinach are packed with a variety of vitamins and minerals including Vitamins A, C, and E, potassium and healthy fiber. These vitamins aid in white blood cell creation as well as maintaining organ health. Both may increase the body’s ability to fight infection by protecting cells against free radicals.

NUTS

There are also a variety of nuts that help aid our immune system. Almonds supply the body with heart-healthy fat, protein and vitamin E. Similarly, walnuts can provide the body with valuable vitamin B6, copper, and folate. These vitamins can protect your cells from damage, enabling your white blood cells to function efficiently.

SPICES

Spices are a great way to add some flare—and health benefits—to your meals. Turmeric is packed with curcumin, a compound that can boost immune cell activity and enhance antibody responses. Ginger has similar components to turmeric; however, it may also help decrease pain due to its concentration of capsaicin.

Synergy has a wide variety of immune-boosting products—many of which include foods listed above. Each product is made with pure, potent ingredients and can ensure a steady intake of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Click HERE to explore them!
