Each year, Team Members are nominated to receive Synergy’s highly regarded and sought after Legacy Awards. Three award categories were presented – the Hope of Synergy Award, the Dan Higginson Humanitarian Award and the Foundation of Excellence Award. 

The Hope of Synergy Award was renamed the Will Martin Hope of Synergy Award to honor an influential Synergy Team Member and Presidential Executive who passed away earlier this year. His legacy will live on through this award.

HOPE OF SYNERGY AWARD

This award is presented to Team Members who have a unique and inspiring story involving Synergy products, business or health.

JOHANNA JAUHIAINEN

Johanna truly knows how to take care of every member of her team, and operates every aspect of her business with the highest ethical standards. She is incredibly active in the Finnish market, making event attendance on the top of her priority list each month. Most importantly, she has a strong vision for the future of her business.


CARLO BRANCA

Carlo’s father died when he was only a year old and he spent most of his youth in the streets of Italy, often affiliating with dangerous company who supported drug and alcohol abuse. He decided to change his life completely after meeting his sponsor Will Martin. Since Will’s death, he has not lost his commitment to Synergy and works tirelessly in pursuit of his dreams.


JACEK MILLER

Jacek is not only consistent about setting goals for himself, but is consistent about meeting those goals. He has one of the most efficient, well-organized Synergy businesses in Poland. Most importantly, he is always ready to serve others.

FRANZ FRIESS & ANA VAJDA-FRIESS

This couple is the perfect example of “Leave a Legacy.” They are willing to share all that they have, and are able to recognize all that they have been given. Because they realize the great gifts in their life, each year these Team Members raise money to take a poor Romanian family Christmas shopping. In addition, they started a non-profit organization that gives aid to many poor children in Romania, helping them live a healthier, safer, fuller life.


FOUNDATION OF EXCELLENCE AWARD

This award is presented to Team Members who have made outstanding contributions to Synergy WorldWide within the business.

JANNE & MERVI KORKEAKANGAS

Janne and Mervi work together in perfect harmony to create a thriving business. Together, they have 9 children and many other commitments, but they have always found time to commit to Synergy. They prove that creating a Synergy business is possible for anyone.


GIUSEPPE LUCIO

Giuseppe has been in the MLM industry since 1983. His experience has helped him to learn what makes a great company a great company. Since joining Synergy he achieved Team Manager in 12 days, Team Director in 1 month and Team Elite in 5 months. His enthusiasm, positivity and motivation helps new Team Members become experienced networkers.

Introducing the SLMsmart Activation Challenge! October 1, 2014 – February 28, 2015, Synergy will pay two separate bonuses for those actively sponsoring and building with the 200 or 500 CV SLMsmart Activation Pack.

Bonus #1: SLMsmart Activation Bonus

For every 3 new distributors/customers you sponsor with the SLMsmart Activation 200 or 500 CV Pack, Synergy will reward you with an £81 SLMsmart Activation Bonus. This bonus will continue to be paid for each additional three individuals sponsored with the same pack. There is no limit to the number of times you can earn a SLMsmart Activation bonus each month.

Sponsors MUST submit the SLMsmart Activation Challenge form to Customer Service with their group’s information in order to claim the SLMsmart Activation Bonus.

Bonus #2: SLMsmart Challenge Bonus

Commit your newly sponsored members to participate in a 90-day challenge and purchase at minimum the 120 CV Autoship SLMsmart Pack for two consecutive months after their activation order and Synergy will pay you a £162 SLMsmart Challenge Bonus.

Sponsors MUST submit the SLMsmart Activation Challenge form to Customer Service in order to claim the SLMsmart Challenge Bonus at the end of the 90-day period.

Encourage everyone to take the 90-Day SLMsmart Challenge and experience healthy weight loss and weight maintenance!

Example: Eric has two groups of three who he sponsored with SLMsmart Activation 200 CV Packs. One group of three made the initial activation orders and all three members made the additional orders for following two consecutive months. The second group made the activation orders, but only two of the three ordered the 120 CV packs in the two months following and completed the 90-day Challenge. Erich earned £243 for the first group, and £81 for the second group. Unfortunately, he did not receive the £162 SLMsmart Challenge bonus for the second group.



Please Note:

• If an individual in one of your trios decides to discontinue the challenge, they can be replaced by an individual signed up for the SLMsmart Activation Pack that is not in a completed trio yet. However, you must fill out a SLMsmart Activation Challenge form to add a new individual to one of your trios.
• Each individual that you sign up in this challenge must have an active autoship template.
• You must have an autoship order of at least 120CV to qualify for SLMsmart Activation Challenge bonuses.

There are no limits to this bonus! The more groups of three you sign up and keep on the SLMsmart Challenge for the full 90-day period, the happier your bank account will be.
