Here is some helpful information to get you ready for the big event:
REGISTRATION & CHECK-IN
The registration desks will open to check you in on Thursday, October 4, from 17:00-19:00, and on Friday, October 5, from 9:00-13:00. There you will pick up your name badge and registration bag.
For those who have not yet registered, the price of onsite registration is €149.

Specials and Merchandise
Synergy will be happily offering exclusive event product specials and Synergy-branded merchandise at this year’s Summit. Shipping options will be limited to product purchases only (merchandise will be sold in-store only), and standard shipping fees will apply. Credit cards will be the accepted form of payment at this year’s Summit Store.
DRESS CODE
Dress for most activities in business casual attire. We encourage you to party in your favorite 1950s fashions at our Fabulous Fifties Welcome Party on Friday evening. Team Members who qualified for the VIP reception on Thursday night have been asked to attend in formal attire.
PARADE OF NATIONS
This year, we will invite Team Members to cross the stage by market regions. We encourage you to proudly wave the flags that will be included in your registration bags. The parade order will be:
• Northern Europe (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, U.K.)
• Central Europe (Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Netherlands, Poland)
• Southern Europe (Italy, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland)
TRANSLATION
Summit sessions will be translated into Italian, German, Norwegian, Finnish, and Slovenian. You can pick up your translation headset when checking in at the registration desks. You will be required to leave a form of ID in exchange for the translation equipment. Your ID will be returned upon returning the borrowed equipment. You will be charged a €300 fee if you fail to return the headset at the end of the last session. The card you provided at registration will be charged.
SEATING
Open seating will be available to all attendees. Team Members who have achieved the rank of Pearl Executive or higher will have the option to enjoy balcony seating.
“FABULOUS FIFTIES” WELCOME PARTY DETAILS
Celebrate Summit with us Friday, October 5, 2018 at the “Fabulous Fifties” Welcome Party! Enjoy ONE FREE DRINK, compliments of Synergy, along with light finger foods options.
While it’s not required, we encourage attendees to wear their best 50s attire (i.e. poodle skirts, polka dots, skinny ties, Letterman jackets, bowling shirts, saddle shoes, bowler hats, etc.).

VIP INFORMATION
Early Store Access
Team Members who have earned Elite Honors 8x in 2018, along with Pearl Executives and above, will enjoy early access to the Summit Store. Your name badge will include your credentials. Simply show your badge to Summit Store staff to gain access.

VIP Executive Seating
Pearl Executives and above will be assigned exclusive balcony seating. Designated hosts will be serving light snacks, beverages, and Synergy products to VIP Executives in their balcony seats.
VIP Reception Dinner
For those who qualified for and received an invitation to the VIP Reception, transportation will depart from the Lingotto NH Congress hotel promptly at 7:45 PM on Thursday evening. We ask that you meet in front of the hotel a few minutes before the departure time.
