Each Team Member plays a significant role in helping Synergy expand and prosper. We want to express to you our gratitude for your powerful contribution to the success of this company. 

Please note that while you are enjoying the holidays, we will be doing the same.

Synergy WorldWide’s customer service department will be closed the following days:
  • December 24-25, 2013
  • January 1, 2014
Please also be aware that the holidays will affect normal shipping schedules.

Sweden Warehouse: Closed December 24-26, January 1 and January 6

Norway Warehouse: Closed December 25-26, December 31, January 1

Ireland Warehouse: Closed December 23-January 2

Netherlands Warehouse: Closed December 24-25 and January 1
  • The following Netherlands carriers do not perform pickups on December 24 and 31: DPD, Trans-o-flex and PostNL. Orders for these carriers will therefore be shipped on December 27 and January 2.
Poland Warehouse: Closed December 24-26, January 1

Place all urgent new orders and returns 24 hours before scheduled holidays in order to ensure that you meet the last scheduled pickup.

Synergy WorldWide’s European customer service department will close two hours early on Friday, December 20, due to a company-wide meeting.

If you need to contact a European customer service agent, please call before this time as representatives will not be available to answer your calls the last two hours of Friday’s regular business hours. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
