It’s hard to believe that we are fast approaching the end of 2011. Time has gone by so fast, yet it has been a very successful and prosperous year for Synergy WorldWide. As a company, we’ve seen tremendous growth. In fact, we are currently trending to see 2011 go down as the best year in the history of Synergy WorldWide.
Most importantly, to you and to us, we are seeing more people than ever receive the health benefits of our highest quality nutritional products. In addition, more are realizing the financial benefits from starting and running a home based business and the powerful long-term residual income it can provide. And lastly, we are seeing a greater effort amongst those involved in Synergy to give back and carry forth our mission to Leave a Legacy and positively impact lives around the world.
The best part about Synergy WorldWide and what excites me the most is our future. You, the company’s most valued asset, have done an incredible job of laying a foundation of strength, consistency, and focus. Over the past 24 months, we have made great strides to position ourselves where we can finally start to market, brand, and tell the most complete and exciting story this industry has ever seen.
In 2012, you will see some very exciting things incorporated in our business that will truly “launch” us into momentum. We will continue to focus on products like we always have – as this is the foundation of who Synergy is. However, we will begin to highlight and focus on telling the story of economic freedom and prosperity through a fair and lucrative home-based business model. People are struggling everywhere to find economic solutions to a dark economic reality. Here at Synergy, we have a solution that is powerful, viable, and available to anyone who is willing to put in the required time and effort it takes to be successful. I hope you can feel my excitement – it is real and it’s now time that we begin to truly tell the Synergy WorldWide story!
I attribute much of this excitement and optimism to our leaders. We have great people and Synergy continues to attract more great people each day. I recently read a book entitled, “It’s Not About You”, by the same authors that wrote another favorite book of mine, “The Go-Giver”. In this great little story it makes the following statement about leadership:
“The single biggest challenge to any organization is the constant cloud of fear and doubt that swirls around the heads of the people involved. As a leader, your job is to hold fast to the big picture, to keep seeing in your mind’s eye, with crystal clarity, where it is you’re going-that place that right at this moment exists only in your mind’s eye. And to keep seeing that, even when nobody else does…Especially when nobody else does. Your people count on you to do this. It’s the biggest job you have.”
We are going great places because we have great people who believe and who have vision. Leaders who, for now, can only see that place that exists in their mind’s eye! We have incredible leaders and I look forward to the many future opportunities to work with each of you and your growing teams.
Until next time, I wish you all a safe and Happy Holiday Season! May you enjoy this season and take advantage of each opportunity to share this incredible message of health and financial freedom with those all around you.
Sincerely,
Stewart Rutter
