Synergy WorldWide is thrilled to announce the newest addition to Synergy Europe’s management team Adele Pastore. Adele will oversee Synergy’s Italy and Spain markets, both of which have exciting futures ahead under Adele’s leadership. Born and raised in Italy, Adele has two daughters and is proficient in English, Italian, and French.

Adele has worked in the direct selling industry since the 1970s when she began her career as a sales manager for Avon. In addition to working for Avon, Adele has filled national management roles for direct selling company Amway. She is an exemplary trainer and excels in developing sales and marketing teams.

Excited to begin her journey with Synergy, Adele aims to make Italy and Spain the greatest Synergy markets in Europe. She believes in Synergy because it’s a company that recognizes, supports, and respects its distributors and customers. Adele will add a great deal of strength to Synergy’s already solid support team in Europe.

“What makes me passionate about this industry are the great relationships I make with people around the world and the opportunity I have to support people in reaching their goals,” Adele said.

It is a privilege to have someone of Adele’s caliber on the Synergy WorldWide team. Her decades of experience in the industry is a great asset to Synergy’s Italy and Spain markets. Great things are ahead with Adele at the helm!
