We’ve just completed an incredible Synergy Kickoff tour throughout Europe. In less than 40 days, we visited 8 countries and met with over 2000 Team Members and guests to strategize and plan for what will be the greatest year in Synergy Europe’s history. Here’s a quick look at where we toured:

• January 5 – Trondheim, Norway
• January 19 – Bad Walterdorf, Austria
• January 26 – Offenbach, Germany
• January 31 – Alicante, Spain
• February 2 – Warsaw, Poland
• February 7 – Dublin, Ireland
• February 9 – Helsinki, Finland
• February 10 – London, UK

Each meeting was filled with incredible energy as Synergy executives and distributor leaders teamed up to deliver messages that trained, motivated, inspired, and prepared each attendee for success.

With the new year now in full motion it is great to see and feel the excitement throughout our business. I just returned from visiting a few European markets where we have seen some our most exciting growth as a company. As I visited these markets and attended kick off meetings for 2013, I could see and more importantly feel the momentum that comes from people who are excited and actively engaged in building a Synergy business.

The enthusiasm and genuine optimism for the future is contagious! They have their challenges and obstacles just like the rest of us do, but they chose to focus on what makes us great as company and what this opportunity really can provide those that embrace it. I am very proud of our European market and excited about our future in that part of the world.

I am very excited for 2013. I am feeling the level of activity and commitment rise as we unite and focus on all that makes us great as company. This business can be difficult as you well know, but it can be the most rewarding and enriching experience at the same time as we focus on truly helping others achieve their own success. This business, like any other worthwhile endeavor, requires hard work, commitment, and great sacrifice. You see, this business is not so much about the end result as it is about the journey.
