The Synergy Europe Vision Retreat was an experience to remember! Team Members from throughout Europe were welcomed to Synergy Headquarters in the United States. During their visit, they gained a deeper knowledge of Synergy WorldWide and experienced the world-famous mountains of Utah.

Attendees toured Synergy’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility as well as the Hughes Center for Research and Innovation. They met with the Hughes Center’s Research & Product Development Manager, Dr. Noah Jenkins, where he explained some of the science behind many of Synergy’s top products followed by an intimate question and answer session. Lynn Ohman, Executive Director of Europe, discussed new field strategies that will direct Synergy Europe in the coming months. EU General Managers Rob Lord, Marcin Jez, and Adele Pastore each shared their excitement for the future and celebrated the achievements of all those who qualified to attend Vision Retreat. The following day, the group made their way to Park City, Utah for a fun-filled day of bowling, mountain resort activities, shopping, and excellent food.

We are proud of every person who attended Vision Retreat and believe the future of Synergy Europe lies in the hands of these upcoming leaders. Each person departed with a greater understanding of why Synergy products are of the highest quality and are the best combinations of science and nature in the world. We look forward to next year’s Vision Retreat and hope to have YOU join us!

Bodrum is known as the “treasure of the Aegean Sea.” Here you will be part of the exciting future ahead of Synergy Europe as you mingle with Synergy corporate staff and your colleagues. Leadership Retreat 2020 will feature team building activities and leadership trainings, along with exquisite cuisine and seaside splendor.

When: June 2-7, 2020
Where: Bodrum, Turkey
Who: Qualifying Team Members. See qualification details below for information on how to earn a spot for your guest as well.
Qualification Period: July 2019 – December 2019.

HOW TO QUALIFY

QUALIFY AS AN INDIVIDUAL:
Maintain the title of Team Leader or above for three out of the six month qualification period,

AND

Increase the total combined TC1 Weak Leg volume you accumulated from January 2019 – June 2019 by 20% during the qualification period.

Example: If your total TC1 Weak Leg volume from January through June of 2019 was 36,000 CV, then you will qualify yourself by exceeding that amount by 20% in total TC1 CV from July through December 2019. This would mean that you would need 43,200 combined CV TC1 Weak Leg volume during the qualification period as long as you are paid as Team Leader or above for three of the months between July and December.

QUALIFY TO BRING A GUEST:
Maintain the title of Team Leader or above for three out of the six month qualification period,

AND

Increase your total combined TC1 Weak Leg volume you had from January 2019 – June 2019 by 30% during the qualification period.

Example: If your total TC1 Weak Leg volume from January through June of 2019 was 36,000 CV, then you will qualify yourself and a guest by exceeding that amount by 30% in total TC1 CV from July through December 2019. This would mean that you would need 46,800 combined CV TC1 Weak Leg volume during the qualification period as long as you are paid as Team Leader or above for three of the months between July and December.

As you work to qualify for this retreat, you’ll be able to increase your earnings potential and be better positioned to reap the rewards of a thriving Synergy business. We hope to be able to celebrate with each of you in 2020!
