Synergy management and top leaders invite you to the first-ever training event to be held at Synergy WorldWide Headquarters at the Word Trade Center Barcelona December 2-4, 2016. As an attendee, you will be trained by the some of the best on a variety of topics that will help you grow your Synergy business exponentially.

WHY ATTEND?

Come to learn the ins and outs of a new duplication system that will provide you with the structure your business needs. Additionally, we will have rank-based breakout meetings that will cater to your individual skills and experience in the industry. Everything that will be launched at Summit 2016 will be recapped at this meeting, so don’t miss it!

QUALIFIED TEAM MEMBERS

Team Members who meet the specified qualifications between July 1 and October 31, 2016, will receive a special invitation to the event and have the opportunity to earn airfare, accommodations, and more, based on their efforts. A link to register for the event will be included in the qualified Team Member invitations.

EVENT QUALIFICATIONS

1. Maintain the title of Team Leader 3 of the 4 qualification months + become Elite Honors qualified 3 of the 4 qualification months

What you’ll earn: Event invitation, airfare to Barcelona, hotel accommodations, and a VIP dinner invitation

2. Maintain the title of Team Leader 2 of the 4 qualification months + become Elite Honors qualified 2 of the 4 qualification months

What you’ll earn: Event invitation, hotel accommodations and a VIP dinner invitation

3. Maintain the title of Team Leader 1 of the 4 qualification months + become Elite Honors qualified 1 of the 4 qualification months

What you’ll earn: Event invitation and VIP dinner invitation

4. If you are a Team Manager, maintain the title of Team Manager for 4 of the 4 qualification months + become Elite Honors qualified 4 of the 4 qualification months

What you’ll earn: Event invitation, hotel accommodations, and a VIP dinner invitation

5. If you are a Team Director or above, maintain at least the pin title below your highest pin title for 4 of the 4 qualification months + become Elite Honors qualified 4 of the 4 qualification months

What you’ll earn: Event invitation, hotel accommodations, and a VIP dinner invitation

PLEASE NOTE qualification rewards are for one person per qualified account; however, rewards will apply to the business partners and/or spouses of Team Members who qualify at the rank of Team Elite or above. Airfare will be reimbursed up to €250. Synergy will book all hotel accommodations. Qualifiers who do not accept hotel accommodation will not be reimbursed for the value of the room.

Team Members who do not qualify for the event are welcome to attend for free, but space is limited! Remember, all Team Members who don’t qualify and wish to attend are responsible for their travel expenses.

The Elite Honors program is streamlining the way organizations do business with Synergy WordWide while maximizing each Team Member’s earning potential. Team Members following the program are seeing the extra rewards that are made possible through the Go Elite promotion as they continue doing what they’ve been doing all along—building their Synergy businesses.

Interactive Health evaluates the physical health of employees in 2,000 companies throughout the United States each year. Synergy WorldWide employees, in conjunction with Nature’s Sunshine employees, are among the employees tested.

For the ninth year in a row, Interactive Health named Synergy and NSP among the Healthiest Companies in America in 2015. Only 154 of the 2,000 companies tested received this title and only one other company in Interactive Health’s history has achieved this award for nine consecutive years. 

As a wellness company that values its consumers’ health above all else, Synergy WorldWide practices what it preaches. Synergy’s corporate family is composed of individuals who are constantly evaluating and improving their health. In 2015, Synergy participated in a 12-week Fitness Challenge, an annual 5K Fun Run, a Veggie Challenge, the Walktober walking program, the annual health fair, and gym membership reimbursements. As excitement for Summit 2016 continues to grow, and as you prepare to attend, we want to remind you that there are two months left to qualify for the VIP Reception!

As a VIP Reception invitee, you will be able to mingle with Synergy executives and Europe’s top leaders, take in the beauty and culture of downtown Vienna, and enjoy a world-class meal at the Hotel Imperial located in the heart of the city.

For an invite to the VIP Reception, you must fulfill one of the qualifications below:

1. Achieve Team Director or above for the first time between September 1, 2015, and August 31, 2016
2. Maintain Team Director or above for a minimum of two months between January 1, 2015, and August 31, 2016

With the Elite Honors continuing to gain momentum, Team Members have been building even stronger businesses through defining their monthly goals.

In May, 383 Team Members in Europe became Elite Honors Qualified. That means at least 383 new distributors were enrolled and more than 1,000 customers latched onto Synergy products. Team Members who are becoming Elite Honors Qualified have found that the Elite Honors earnings model is exactly what their businesses were missing.

Congratulations to the many who are finding success through Elite Honors thus far! Here are a few insights from some of our Elite Honors Qualifiers regarding their success with the system:

Maria Corbet, Ireland

Blessed with what the Irish call “the gift of gab,” Maria has always been very sociable and talkative. After finding Synergy in early 2015, she immediately put that gift to use. Together, with Niamh O’Brien, Maria helped write the Synergy Training Manual for the Irish market. One of her most impressive accomplishments thus far is that she has been Elite Honors qualified nine times!

“When I heard about Elite Honors in Rome, I was determined to achieve 12 straight months,” she said. “So far so good! I absolutely love how Elite Honors keeps me focused and creative.”

As Maria continued to talk about Elite Honors, it was obvious that she had a deep love for Synergy and for the Elite Honors program in general. As she set her sights on being a 12-month qualified Team Member, she expressed overwhelming gratitude for her opportunities and has fervently pushed herself in order to constantly improve.

“I am truly grateful to everyone who came before me in Synergy,” Maria said. “I know that what I’m doing now is easier because the foundations have been laid out for me, so thank you.”

Kine Solbakken, Norway

Living an active lifestyle has always been important to Kine who has dedicated time almost every day to training for over a decade. When she began using Synergy products, she was impressed by the results she felt.

“I had more stamina, more energy, better recovery time, and I even noticed more pronounced muscle tone,” Kine said.

Kine said that it feels good to recommend Synergy products because she is confident in the high-quality products and in the Elite Honors program.

Kine recently became Elite Honors qualified for the 7th time and has continuously seen the positive effects the program has on her business.

“I like Elite Honors,” Kine said. “It makes setting goals easy … becoming Elite Honors qualified is a minimum requirement for me, not just a goal. It really motivates me to make continuous efforts to improve.”

Mihael Voglar, Slovenia

After Mihael spent months dealing with some severe health issues and a string of surgeries, he was ready to get his life back. When he was introduced to Synergy through his sponsor Damjan Korosec, it didn’t take long for Mihael to realize that the opportunity was something special.

“When the opportunity knocked on my door, luckily, I was smart enough to act and start investigating in Synergy,” Mihael said.

Now, a short period of time later, Mihael has been Elite Honors Qualified and recently rank advanced to the new title of Star. He fully believes in the opportunity that Synergy provides, as well as the quality that both the products and people bring to the MLM business.

“If I could only use one word to describe Synergy, it would be ’quality’,” he said. “And if I could use two words, they would be ‘quality people.’”

Mihael has already enjoyed the short amount of time he’s been with Synergy, and said, “if you’re not having fun, you’re doing it wrong.”

On Monday, July 4, Synergy will be closed to observe Independence Day in the United States.
